急倾斜煤层大断面开切眼快速施工技术研究

摘要: 针对李子垭南二井首采区3102综采工作面急倾斜大断面开切眼采取综掘机综掘导硐施工慢等问题,研究采用反井钻机法联合钻爆法进行开切眼贯通施工,并利用极限平衡法对大断面开切眼进行支护形式与参数设计,矿压监测结果表明,该施工技术与支护方案可行,不仅可实现快速、安全施工,使开切眼变形得到有效控制,而且具有显著的经济效益。

Abstract: Abstract:liziya South Second mine first mining face inclination is 48°,soft roof and floor rock,coal has outburst,fast, how to cutting through fast a safe and economical open cut,control a good roof is a major problem.After many discussions,uses the anti-well drill through the construction,using limit equilibrium method for support designing.Mine pressure monitoring results show that the construction technology and support is feasible,the construction can be realized quickly and safely, and the open cut distortion has been effectively controlled.
